It is so exciting to see all the beautiful and unique items that are arriving as Scott County Arts Consortium prepares to offer its second annual Holiday Market. Opening on November 1 at the Arts & Cultural Center, 117 North Water St., Georgetown, the market is planned to run through November 30, but could be extended. Hours are Tuesdays through Sundays, noon to 4 pm; open Thursdays till 8 pm. Also open by appointment. Please call Barbara at 502-863-0909. Paintings, drawings, photographs, prints, notecards, jewelry, textiles, ornaments, ceramics, pottery, fused glass, stained glass, and much more will be offered for sale by 40 local and regional artists and artisans. A range of prices will allow you to shop locally and support the Arts & Cultural Center and our local artists. If you like unique gift items and original art this is your place to shop.
