Annual Tour of Historic Homes

Scott County Arts Consortium announces the Annual Tour of Historic Homes in Georgetown and Scott County. A part of the annual Arts Weekend, the tour is Sunday, October 11, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Featured homes include 441 E. Main, the home of Dr. Rosemary Allen and Dr. Todd Coke; 451 E. Main, the home of Robert and Donna Johnson; 405 W. Main, the home of Nora Koffman and John Erdtmann; and the historic Johnson Tavern, now the home of Scott and Jennifer Mitchell, located at 104 Lloyd Road at Great Crossings (corner of US 227, Stamping Ground Road). The Arts & Cultural Center, 117 North Water Street, will be open to serve refreshments, and you can view the exhibit “Unequivocally Kentucky” by Jan Albers and Joseph Kinsey, as well as the art of Yolanda Poston.

Tickets are $10.00 and will be available at each location on the day of the tour, and are available now at the Arts & Cultural Center, the Country Peddler Shoppe at 218 E. Main, and at the Georgetown Antique Mall, 124 W. Main. For information call 502-863-0909.
